Our Pay Policy and Getting Started:
Payment Policy:
- You will be paid immediately after the closing via Pay Pal or within 10 to 15 days by check.
- In the begining, and until we are comfortable with the quality your work, we require a 5 page fax back for immediate payment.
- Your payment is not a contingent fee subject to files closing, funding etc.
- If you have confirmed your appointment and made the trip you will be paid the full trip fee.
- A printing fee of $25.00 will be paid if docs were sent via email and printed but no trip was made.
- You will always be paid in the same expedient manner as if the closing had been completed. (See Testimonials)
Registration:
Simply fill out & provide the required information.
Please Note; There is a $35 admin fee that must be submitted at the time of registration. We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Pay Pal.

We make absolutely no guarantees as to how many assignments you may receive for the areas you serve.
The quality of your work, availability, attention to follow up, and the ability to focus on our instructions will predicate whether you are the primary contact we go to first in your area. We feel that our industry is all about team work and we will do everything possible to accommodate a smooth and seamless closing. However, there will always be the Murphy's Law deals and that is when the teamwork aspect really becomes critical.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
1. Preferably, 1 year experience in the loan, title, or real estate industry. Or, having demonstrated (References etc.) the necessary skill level to proficiently handle the challenges faced in the normal course of a closing assignment. Good people skills will in many cases trump other requirements.
You will receive a short Notary 101 Review via email to complete. The review is simply to help us understand your understanding of the completing various parts of the documents.
We will also conduct a short telephone interview for notaries outside of the Phoenix area. Capabilities of an agent can be assessed in a phone interview.
2. Every Notary will be required to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, and Indemnity Agreement.
3. Please submit a copy of your notary commission, and notary bond (if state required).
The copies will be kept on file at The Doc Signers Inc.
